Seldin Company is hiring a full-time Apartment Make Ready Technician at Chandler Pointe in Bellevue, Sarpy County, Nebraska. As we prepare our 200-unit apartment community for new residents, we're looking for dedicated professionals who take pride in creating move-in-ready homes.

About the Role

As an Apartment Make Ready Technician at Chandler Pointe, you'll play a vital role in our apartment turnover process, ensuring every unit is thoroughly prepared and meets our quality standards before a new resident arrives. This full-time position offers hands-on work in apartment preparation, maintenance coordination, and quality inspections. You'll work closely with our maintenance and management teams to deliver exceptional results for every turnover.

What You'll Do

• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy, including cleaning, sanitizing, and detailing units to company standards
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks to bring units into move-in condition
• Inspect units for damage, wear, defects, or maintenance needs and document findings
• Coordinate with the maintenance and management teams to ensure timely unit preparation and turnover
• Maintain grounds and common areas as assigned
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Report maintenance issues and defects to supervisors

What We're Looking For

• Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, lifting, bending, climbing, and other physically demanding tasks
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with basic tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Good communication skills and ability to follow direction
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Relevant certifications or experience in maintenance, grounds keeping, construction, or similar roles preferred

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers competitive pay up to $21.00 per hour, determined by your experience, certifications, skills, and education. You'll also receive comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, plus a Health Savings Account (HSA).
