Office & Facilities Coordinator – Data Center Facilities Operations – Michigan

Oracle is seeking an Office & Facilities Coordinator to support daily operations at its new artificial intelligence data center in Michigan. Based full-time in Saline Township—approximately 35 miles southwest of Ann Arbor—you'll manage administrative and coordination responsibilities for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's advanced computing facility in the region.

About the Role

You'll be the operational backbone of our Michigan data center, managing administrative workflows and facilities coordination that keep our infrastructure running smoothly. This is a hands-on position where your attention to detail and organizational leadership directly enable the facility's mission-critical operations.

What You'll Do

• Process and prioritize work orders, maintenance requests, and facility service requests
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of operational needs
• Maintain comprehensive facility records, compliance documentation, and operational logs
• Support space planning and resource allocation for data center operations and administrative teams
• Schedule facility services, equipment maintenance, and inspections
• Contribute to safety initiatives and facility compliance programs
• Provide front-line administrative support to facility leadership and operations staff

What We're Looking For

• Two or more years of experience in facilities coordination, office administration, or operations support
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly under pressure
• Proficiency with office software, spreadsheets, and ability to quickly master new systems
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach to problem-solving
• Self-directed work style with the initiative to identify and address operational improvements
