About the Role

You'll oversee the marketing automation ecosystem, analytics frameworks, and reporting systems that enable RxBenefits to execute marketing at scale. Your focus will be ensuring complete visibility into campaign performance, building the automation capabilities that accelerate pipeline development, and creating the integrations that tie marketing impact directly to business results.

What You'll Do

• Direct day-to-day operations of Salesforce and Pardot platforms, optimizing platform configuration and user adoption
• Architect and maintain analytics infrastructure and performance dashboards that track campaign impact and customer insights
• Oversee demand generation workflows and automation sequences, ensuring they drive qualified engagement
• Build data integrations connecting marketing platforms with sales systems and analytics tools
• Design attribution and ROI measurement models that clarify marketing's contribution to revenue
• Partner across marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams to establish metrics and monitor performance
• Identify and execute system improvements and workflow automations that enhance team capacity

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience managing Salesforce and Pardot in marketing operations or demand generation contexts
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics, performance measurement, and business intelligence
• Depth in marketing automation platform administration, campaign execution, and reporting
• Technical comfort with marketing technology ecosystems, APIs, and third-party integrations
• Track record developing attribution frameworks and analytical dashboards
• Strong capability in program management and collaborating across departments
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics, information technology, or related discipline
