About the Role

As a Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Headway, you'll provide comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to patients in our Drew County location. This full-time position is designed for clinicians who want to build and grow a sustainable practice with meaningful patient relationships at the center. You'll earn up to $180 per hour, with the ability to accept insurance and streamline billing to focus on clinical care.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and ongoing treatment planning for a diverse patient population
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications with clinical precision and evidence-based practice
• Accept insurance and simplify the billing process to reduce administrative complexity
• Deliver direct patient care while using Headway's platform to minimize paperwork
• Build and expand your patient caseload at your own pace within our supportive practice structure
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care

What We're Looking For

• Current, active license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Tennessee
• Strong clinical experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and pharmacological management
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative with other providers
• Excellent professional communication skills and genuine commitment to patient outcomes
• Comfort with digital tools and platform-based practice management
