About the Role

This Chief of Staff to Founder position is far removed from a conventional support or assistant job. Based on-site in Aspen, Pitkin County, you will function as a deeply embedded executive partner — extending the founder's capacity, sharpening focus across competing priorities, and turning intent into momentum. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, thinks several moves ahead, and is energized by working closely alongside a multifaceted leader whose interests span entrepreneurship, investing, advising, and family.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted right-hand partner to the founder across both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution.
• Anticipate needs before they surface and proactively remove obstacles to keep priorities moving forward.
• Help shape, organize, and sequence priorities across the founder's professional and entrepreneurial commitments.
• Create leverage by managing complexity, coordinating stakeholders, and translating high-level goals into action.
• Operate with discretion, sound judgment, and a high degree of ownership in a fast-moving, integrated capacity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to operate "at altitude" — balancing big-picture strategy with meticulous follow-through.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and prioritization skills.
• A proactive, anticipatory mindset and comfort working autonomously alongside a busy founder.
• Maturity, discretion, and reliability when handling sensitive and wide-ranging responsibilities.
• Willingness to work full-time, on-site in Aspen, Pitkin County (this is not a remote role).
