What You'll Do
- Assess patient conditions and administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses to care, documenting clinical findings in medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals on comprehensive care plans
- Educate patients and families regarding conditions, medications, treatment options, and post-care recovery expectations
- Maintain infection control standards and ensure patient environments meet all safety requirements
- Respond to patient needs and advocate for their comfort and well-being throughout their care
What We're Looking For
- Active Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care and professional excellence
- Prior experience in orthopedic or neurology nursing preferred
