Core Ops Data Integrity Reviewer (QC)

Capital One is hiring a Core Ops Data Integrity Reviewer in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County for a full-time position focused on maintaining the accuracy and quality of critical operational data. You'll serve as a quality control specialist protecting data integrity across Capital One's Commercial Operations division.

What You'll Do

• Review and verify operational data across core systems to identify completeness, accuracy, and quality issues
• Perform quality control testing and data reconciliation to ensure compliance with established standards
• Document data discrepancies, investigation findings, and corrective actions with precision and clarity
• Partner with operations and technology teams to investigate root causes and implement solutions
• Monitor ongoing data processes and recommend refinements to strengthen accuracy and efficiency
• Support Capital One's core operations and Commercial Ops team in sustaining reliable data environments

• Proficiency with spreadsheet applications, databases, or data analysis tools

• Ability to follow established procedures while identifying opportunities for process improvement
• High school diploma or equivalent; background in data quality, operations, or QC functions is highly valued
