As a Business Development Specialist for Samsung PCs at Connection, you'll identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-market clients in the Merrimack area and beyond. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a pipeline of qualified business development opportunities targeting enterprise clients
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and IT procurement professionals across the Hillsborough County region
- Conduct consultative needs assessments to align Samsung PC deployments with customer IT strategy, workforce modernization, and security requirements
- Collaborate with sales engineering and solution architects to design integrated proposals combining Samsung hardware with relevant software and cloud services
- Present Samsung PC value propositions to prospective clients and articulate the total cost of ownership and competitive advantages
- Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional pipeline of active opportunities
- Support post-sale onboarding and account management to build long-term client relationships
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in business development, technology sales, or account management—preferably with IT hardware or enterprise solutions
- Knowledge of Samsung PCs, enterprise computing, or related IT hardware ecosystems (experience with Dell, HP, Lenovo, or equivalent preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage C-level and IT management audiences
- Analytical mindset: ability to understand customer pain points, evaluate competitive options, and articulate technology ROI
- Self-motivated with proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close deals in a sales-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
