RCC Eligibility Specialist – Case Manager

Knowledge Services is hiring an RCC Eligibility Specialist – Case Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Watson, Clark County. Based in Jeffersonville, IN, this role is central to supporting clients through the state eligibility system while upholding FSSA standards and best practices.

About the Role

As an Eligibility Specialist – Case Manager, you'll manage the complete lifecycle of client cases within the state's eligibility platform. Your work directly affects how quickly and accurately clients receive the support they need, ensuring every application is processed thoroughly and every case change is documented and implemented correctly.

What You'll Do

• Review and process eligibility applications, verifying all required documentation and completing initial assessments
• Maintain active cases within the state eligibility system, including updating client information and processing requested changes
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve service issues in full compliance with FSSA policies and departmental procedures
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to gather documentation and clarify eligibility criteria
• Monitor cases for ongoing compliance and flag issues requiring escalation or follow-up

What We're Looking For

• Experience in case management, eligibility determination, or similar client-facing social services roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Familiarity with state benefits systems or eligibility platforms (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
