Assurance Care & Support Services Inc is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver specialized behavioral assessment and support services in Blawenburg, Somerset County. This part-time position is available on a virtual or in-person basis.
About the Role
As a BCBA with Assurance Care & Support Services Inc, you'll apply your expertise in behavior analysis to evaluate current strategies, design targeted interventions, and help individuals achieve meaningful behavioral outcomes. Your work will directly influence the effectiveness of our behavioral support services across the communities we serve.
What You'll Do
- Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of existing behavioral strategies and interventions
- Perform functional behavioral analyses to identify factors driving behavior
- Develop individualized positive behavioral support plans grounded in evidence-based practices
- Train and supervise staff on proper implementation of behavioral interventions and protocols
- Conduct periodic reviews and data analysis to measure progress and refine treatment approaches
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure coordinated support
What We're Looking For
- Current Board Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Solid foundation in applied behavior analysis principles and evidence-based treatment methodologies
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences, including clinical and support staff, family members, and clients
- Analytical approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail and data interpretation
- Experience conducting assessments, developing behavior support plans, and training clinical teams preferred
