The Opportunity
TRP Infrastructures Services, operating across multiple states including Texas, North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, specializes in highway striping and pavement marking solutions. Core Duties
- Operate and maintain pavement marking equipment to apply reflective markings on roads and highway surfaces
- Follow safety protocols and industry standards to ensure work quality and worker safety
- Inspect completed markings for accuracy and adherence to project specifications
- Perform physical labor tasks related to pavement marking installation and surface preparation
- Work efficiently in outdoor conditions to meet project schedules and deadlines
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily work activities
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor weather conditions
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong safety awareness and willingness to follow established protocols
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from supervisors
- Previous pavement marking or road striping experience is helpful but not required
