About the Role
As a Mission Staff member with Young Life in East Clark County, you'll play a vital role in a team dedicated to reaching and mentoring high school and middle school students. This part-time position offers flexibility while making a real, lasting impact on young people's lives through authentic relationships, leadership development, and community engagement.
What You'll Do
- Build genuine relationships with students through consistent outreach and meaningful conversations
- Lead or co-facilitate club meetings, small group discussions, and youth ministry events
- Support planning and delivery of student programs, gatherings, and retreats
- Collaborate with schools, families, and community partners to expand Young Life's reach
- Mentor students through faith exploration and personal growth conversations
- Create a welcoming environment where young people feel genuinely valued and heard

- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Commitment to Young Life's mission-driven approach to youth ministry
- Availability for evening and weekend program participation
