What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
  • Washington state social work license (LCSW, LSW, or LSSW) or equivalent professional credential
  • Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible social services experience, including direct CPS or child welfare work
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and support professional staff
  • Strong knowledge of child welfare law, investigations protocols, and family-centered practice models
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Valid Washington driver's license and reliable transportation for field assignments
  • Ability to work flexible hours and respond to urgent situations
