What You'll Do
- Maintain detailed, well-organized resident records and documentation
- Post rent payments, security deposits, fees, and other charges to resident accounts
- Prepare daily bank deposits and reconcile payment records
- Generate and distribute lease renewal notices at 90-day, 60-day, and 30-day intervals
- Communicate with residents about renewals, rent information, and property policies
- Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections and procedures
- Support the Property Manager with operational and administrative duties
