About the Role

As a Party Host - Cast Member, you'll be the heart of our entertainment team, engaging with guests in an interactive, character-focused environment. You'll work directly with families during our busiest and most exciting moments, helping create celebrations they'll remember for years to come.

What You'll Do

• Perform as a character cast member, interacting with children and families in an enthusiastic and age-appropriate manner
• Host birthday parties and special events, ensuring every celebration exceeds guest expectations
• Engage guests throughout the facility, promoting a fun and welcoming atmosphere
• Introduce and discuss memberships and Fun Pass options with visitors
• Maintain character consistency and follow all entertainment and safety guidelines
• Support the team during peak hours and special events

What We're Looking For

• Genuine enthusiasm for entertaining children and creating positive family experiences
• Ability to perform in a costume and maintain character throughout shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, energetic, and flexible with part-time scheduling
• Physical ability to move, dance, and engage actively during your shift
• Willingness to learn about our memberships and Fun Passes and share benefits with guests

Compensation

We offer an hourly wage of $16.90 to $17.90, plus commission potential from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold. Commissions are paid bi-weekly.
