Project Manager, Operations (onsite daily)

AbbVie is hiring a Project Manager, Operations to join our team at our West Side location in Worcester County. In this full-time, onsite position, you'll play a key role in driving operational excellence while supporting the development and delivery of innovative pharmaceutical solutions that address critical health needs.

About the Role

As Project Manager, Operations at AbbVie, you will oversee complex operational initiatives, coordinate resources across multiple departments, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This onsite position requires your direct involvement in day-to-day operations, making it essential that you're present to lead your team and maintain momentum on critical initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and monitor operational projects from conception through completion
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to meet business objectives
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Track project metrics and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within operations
• Facilitate communication between departments to support seamless execution
