What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily project activities and support project management across multiple phases
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
- Manage communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders
- Review estimates, purchase orders, and change orders for accuracy and compliance
- Track project performance against scope, schedule, and budget targets
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety protocols, and project specifications
- Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades to optimize productivity
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of commercial construction experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
- Solid estimating and cost control skills
- In-depth understanding of building trades, materials, and construction methods
- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and coordination
- LEED AP certification (preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with construction management software and digital project tools
