About the Role
As a Substitute Clerical team member, you'll provide essential office and administrative support to keep our schools running smoothly. Working under the direction of school administrators and substitute coordinators, you'll step in as needed to handle time-sensitive tasks that help our buildings operate efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Welcome visitors and staff with professional, courteous service at the school office
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff members and departments
- Assist with general clerical duties including filing, copying, and document preparation
- Support school administrators with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain organized records and manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Respond to inquiries from parents, students, and community members with accuracy and professionalism
