About the Role

As a Copy Mail - Regional Support Associate, you'll be the operational backbone of our mail and copying services, ensuring seamless document management and distribution for our clients and internal teams. This full-time position combines hands-on execution with customer-focused problem-solving, supporting facilities management and information processing workflows that keep our organization running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail processing, sorting, and distribution across regional facilities and accounts
• Operate copying and printing equipment, handling both routine and specialized document reproduction tasks
• Maintain organized mail systems and distribution logs, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery
• Support document scanning, filing, and digital information management processes
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to address mail and copying service requests and concerns
• Monitor inventory levels for supplies and equipment, flagging needs for replenishment
• Troubleshoot common issues with mail handling and copying operations, escalating complex problems appropriately

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in mail services, facilities support, or administrative roles is a plus
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Reliable, dependable work ethic with consistent attendance and punctuality
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including copiers and mail processing systems
