Good Samaritan seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Director of Nursing for our long-term care community in Methodist Camp, Dickinson County. This full-time leadership position offers an opportunity to oversee nursing operations and direct quality care services for our senior residents.
About the Role
As Director of Nursing in long-term care, you'll lead our nursing department and clinical staff, ensuring residents receive compassionate, evidence-based care. This role combines administrative oversight with direct involvement in care planning and quality improvement initiatives across our facility.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and develop the nursing team, fostering a culture of professional excellence and resident-centered care
- Oversee all aspects of resident care delivery, clinical protocols, and regulatory compliance within our long-term care setting
