You'll advise senior leaders at major life sciences companies on transforming their supply chain and manufacturing operations for competitive advantage.
About the Role
As a Supply Chain and Manufacturing Consultant specializing in life sciences, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to boards and executive teams navigating complex operational challenges. Your expertise will help organizations across the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device sectors optimize their production networks, enhance supply chain resilience, and drive sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
- Analyze supply chain operations and manufacturing processes to identify efficiency gaps and cost reduction opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for supply chain transformation, including automation, digital enablement, and process optimization
- Evaluate regulatory compliance requirements and best practices specific to life sciences manufacturing
- Partner with senior executives to shape enterprise-wide operational improvements and performance enhancements
- Conduct market and competitive analysis within the life sciences and manufacturing sectors
- Build business cases and change management strategies to support implementation of consulting recommendations
- Lead cross-functional workstreams with client teams to translate strategy into executable plans
What We're Looking For
- Deep industry expertise in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical device manufacturing
- Proven experience in supply chain strategy, operations, or manufacturing consulting roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex business challenges
- Demonstrated ability to influence and present to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Experience with operational transformation, process improvement, or digital supply chain initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, life sciences, or related field
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
