You'll work directly with AI-produced documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and instructional materials, identifying strengths and areas for improvement. This position is critical to maintaining the quality and reliability of training resources that organizations depend on for employee development and organizational effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Review AI-generated training documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for accuracy and instructional quality
- Evaluate the coherence, clarity, and pedagogical effectiveness of training materials
- Assess whether content meets established standards for technical accuracy and completeness
- Provide detailed feedback on strengths and areas for refinement in AI outputs
- Ensure training materials align with learning objectives and audience needs
- Collaborate with teams to improve the quality and rigor of AI-generated content
- Document evaluation findings and recommendations systematically
What We're Looking For
- Experience evaluating training materials, instructional content, or educational resources
- Strong ability to assess technical accuracy and clarity in written and visual content
- Familiarity with training, learning and development, or curriculum design
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Ability to provide constructive, specific feedback
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (spreadsheets, presentations, document editing)
