Elementary School Enrichment Coordinator

Silicon Valley International School is seeking a dynamic Elementary School Enrichment Coordinator to develop, launch, and oversee a full spectrum of engaging learning programs for students in East Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. In this full-time role, you'll design innovative experiences that extend student growth beyond the classroom—from afternoon learning initiatives and seasonal intensives to comprehensive summer programming and extended care options.

About the Role

As our Elementary School Enrichment Coordinator, you'll take ownership of building and managing programs that enrich student development year-round. Working alongside the Elementary School Assistant Principal, Dean of Students, and classroom educators, you'll create meaningful opportunities that align with our international school mission and keep young learners engaged, inspired, and growing.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute comprehensive enrichment programming, including after-school courses, short-term intensive workshops, and multi-week summer camp experiences
• Develop engaging activity schedules and curriculum frameworks for extended school-day programs that support student interests and learning goals
• Coordinate logistics, staffing, and vendor partnerships to ensure smooth program operations and excellent participant experience
• Collaborate with school leadership and teaching staff to align enrichment offerings with school values and student development priorities
• Manage enrollment, track program outcomes, and gather participant feedback to continuously improve offerings
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment where all students feel welcome to explore new interests and talents

What We're Looking For

• Experience designing and delivering youth programming, whether in schools, summer camps, community centers, or similar settings
• Strong organizational and project-management skills with ability to juggle multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with elementary-age students and fostering their curiosity and growth
• Excellent communication abilities and comfort collaborating across teams—from educators to administrators to families
• Creative problem-solving mindset and flexibility to adapt programs based on participant needs and feedback
• Knowledge of youth development and learning strategies, or strong commitment to developing this expertise
