About the Role

As a Retail Warehouse & Production Associate, you'll be at the heart of operations that transform donated goods into inventory for our stores. This is hands-on, fast-paced warehouse work where you'll process, sort, inspect, and prepare merchandise that helps thousands of customers access quality pre-owned clothing, accessories, and household items at great prices. Your efficiency and attention to detail keep our supply chain moving and ensure shoppers get the best selection.

What You'll Do

• Receive, unload, and sort incoming donations and merchandise
• Inspect items for quality and damage, pricing them according to Savers standards
• Organize and stock inventory in the warehouse, maintaining organized, safe workspaces
• Process and pack merchandise for distribution to retail locations
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and sorting systems (with training provided)
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance throughout warehouse areas
• Support inventory counts and tracking systems
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

What We're Looking For

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, standing, and repetitive tasks for full shifts
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliability and consistent attendance
• Team player mentality with good communication skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols and warehouse procedures
• Warehouse or retail experience a plus, but we train dedicated individuals
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it is valued
