We're looking for someone who's mechanically inclined, takes pride in precision work, and is ready to operate advanced printing equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
About the Role
As a Digital Inkjet Web Press Operator at Baesman Group, Inc., you'll be responsible for running and monitoring high-speed digital inkjet web press systems. This full-time position on the night shift offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge printing technology while contributing directly to our production output. We provide comprehensive training to help you master our equipment and processes, whether you're bringing prior printing experience or moving into the role from another manufacturing background.
What You'll Do
- Operate high-speed digital inkjet web press equipment according to established production specifications
- Monitor print quality and color output throughout production runs
- Adjust press settings and parameters to meet customer requirements and quality standards
- Load materials and feed stock into the press system
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press components
- Identify and report equipment issues or quality concerns to your supervisor
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation
- Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and procedures
- Meet daily and weekly production targets
What We're Looking For
- Mechanically inclined with a genuine interest in equipment and machines
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality in your work
- Dependable and reliable, with a strong work ethic
- Able to work the 3rd shift (night shift) schedule consistently
- Comfortable following technical instructions and standard operating procedures
- Experience in printing or automated manufacturing is a plus, but training will be provided
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
