What You'll Do
- Deliver direct nursing care to residents under RN supervision
- Monitor resident health, document observations, and communicate changes to nursing staff
- Assist with daily living activities, hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
- Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans
- Maintain accurate, thorough patient records and clinical documentation
- Support a clean, safe, and welcoming residential environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve resident health goals
What We're Looking For
- Current, active Minnesota LPN license
- Reliable transportation to the Windom facility
- Flexibility to accept variable shifts and respond to as-needed staffing requests
