About the Role
This is an on-site position based in Myrtle Beach where you'll work for a forward-thinking brokerage that prioritizes agent success. Crown Homes Real Estate provides the resources, tools, and collaborative culture needed to close deals and build long-term client relationships throughout South Carolina's residential real estate market.
What You'll Do
- Represent buyers and sellers through the complete residential real estate transaction process in Horry County and surrounding areas
- Develop and nurture a growing client base through strategic prospecting, networking, and referral relationships
- Conduct market analysis, establish competitive pricing strategies, and create effective marketing materials for listings
- Coordinate property showings, negotiate purchase agreements, and guide clients through the closing process
- Remain current with South Carolina real estate regulations, market conditions, and industry standards
- Collaborate with fellow agents and leverage company resources to accelerate your business growth
What We're Looking For
- Current South Carolina real estate license or demonstrated ability to obtain one
- Strong motivation to build and expand your real estate practice
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with a client-first approach
- Prior experience in residential real estate sales (preferred for agents with an established track record; not required for those new to the industry)
