About the Role
Keeley Construction is seeking driven, detail-oriented individuals for our Construction Management Internship program. As an intern, you'll be embedded within our Operations Groups, gaining practical exposure to the field and office-based work that keeps complex projects moving forward. This is your opportunity to see construction management in action while contributing meaningfully to live projects and team success.
What You'll Do
- Assist in coordinating and tracking project schedules, timelines, and milestones
- Support site supervision and document construction progress through reports and photography
- Help maintain project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and correspondence
- Learn and follow safety protocols, assisting with job-site compliance and hazard identification
- Collaborate with trades, subcontractors, and office teams to resolve field issues
- Participate in material tracking, purchasing support, and inventory management
- Contribute to cost tracking and basic project administration
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a construction management, civil engineering, or related degree program
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- Basic understanding of construction processes and site safety
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a hands-on setting
- Valid driver's license preferred
