Maximus is hiring a Committee Coordinator I for our Orem, Utah County office to support the policy development and operational excellence of the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments where attention to detail directly impacts national healthcare initiatives.

About the Role

As Committee Coordinator I, you'll be the operational backbone of OPTN committee activities. You'll manage schedules, coordinate meetings, maintain documentation, and facilitate communication among committee members and HRSA stakeholders. Your work ensures committees operate efficiently and their recommendations are properly documented and tracked.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and coordinate committee meetings, including virtual and in-person sessions
• Prepare and distribute agendas, meeting materials, and minutes
• Maintain accurate records of committee decisions and action items
• Communicate with committee members and leadership to ensure alignment and follow-up
• Manage calendars and track deadlines for policy-related deliverables
• Support the development and organization of policymaking documentation
• Assist with logistical coordination for committee events and workgroups

What We're Looking For

• Experience in administrative support, committee coordination, or related office management roles
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
