About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to support retail operations across our nationwide partner network. As a Retail Merchandiser, you'll work directly with leading retailers and brand partners to ensure products are displayed, stocked, and maintained according to standard specifications. This full-time position offers flexible service windows rather than fixed daily schedules, giving you structure and income stability while maintaining autonomy over your work environment.

What You'll Do

• Stock shelves with products, maintaining proper rotation and facing standards
• Build and maintain eye-catching product displays that highlight brands and promotions
• Verify pricing accuracy and update shelf signage as needed
• Conduct shelf audits to ensure compliance with planogram guidelines
• Remove and report expired or damaged merchandise
• Engage with store staff and customers to reinforce product knowledge and brand positioning
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned retail zones

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Retail Merchandiser or similar retail operations role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
• Physical capability to lift, bend, and reach throughout your shift
• Friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
• Reliable transportation to service retail locations in the Mobridge area
• Flexibility to adapt to changing retail schedules and priorities
