About the Role
This part-time position offers the chance to work directly with customers in our Lake Charles retail location, delivering top-notch service and driving sales of wireless devices and plans. You'll be the face of T-Mobile, helping customers navigate coverage, features, and promotions while meeting sales goals in a dynamic retail environment.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and engage customers to understand their wireless and communication needs
- Demonstrate T-Mobile devices, service plans, and value-added offerings
- Process device activations, account changes, and transaction-related requests
- Educate customers on coverage areas, features, and current promotions in Lake Charles and surrounding regions
- Build customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business
- Maintain store appearance, organization, and operational standards
- Meet individual and team sales targets through consultative selling
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Sales experience or demonstrated sales aptitude
- Comfortable working part-time hours, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation and availability in the Lake Charles area
