About the Role

As an SMB Account Executive with Comcast Business, you'll own a portfolio of small and medium business accounts in South Boston and surrounding areas. You'll develop strategic account plans, identify expansion opportunities within existing customers, and close new business deals. Your mission is to provide comprehensive business solutions—from connectivity to cloud services—that help local companies grow and operate efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a dedicated book of SMB accounts through consultative selling and relationship building
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities across your assigned territory in South Boston
• Present Comcast Business solutions tailored to each customer's operational and growth needs
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with technical and customer success teams to ensure successful implementation
• Develop new business leads through outreach, networking, and market prospecting
