What You'll Do
- Administer and optimize Storage Area Network (SAN) environments, ensuring uptime and performance across production systems
- Deploy and manage VMware virtualization platforms and infrastructure components
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues, perform capacity planning, and implement solutions
- Maintain documentation, manage upgrades, and perform routine maintenance on storage and compute systems
- Collaborate with IT leadership and clients to align infrastructure with business requirements
What We're Looking For
- Extensive hands-on experience administering SAN Storage systems in production environments
- Strong technical proficiency with VMware platforms and related virtualization technologies
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure problems
- Professional communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Must be available to work on-site in the Des Moines metro area; no relocation assistance available
