About the Role
As a Direct Care 1 team member at Road To Responsibility, you'll provide hands-on, person-centered support that helps individuals with disabilities grow their independence, gain practical job skills, and thrive within their local communities. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the US, with both Day and Residential program schedules available. A single application puts you in consideration for every open schedule, so you only need to apply once.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, compassionate daily support to individuals with disabilities
- Encourage and coach individuals as they develop life and employment skills
- Promote community participation and greater personal independence
- Assist with daily routines and activities across Day or Residential settings
- Foster a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for every individual served
Qualifications
- A genuine commitment to supporting people with disabilities
- Patience, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work scheduled Day or Residential shifts
- Eligibility to work full-time on-site in the US
