About the Role

As a Clinician with National Youth Advocate Program, you'll deliver evidence-based mental health and behavioral health services to youth and their families in Dane County. This is a full-time position where your clinical expertise directly supports vulnerable young people during critical developmental stages.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and family counseling and therapeutic interventions
• Monitor youth progress and adjust treatment approaches based on ongoing evaluation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, families, and community partners
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in case conferences and treatment planning meetings
• Support crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or related credential)
• Experience working with youth and families in clinical or community mental health settings
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
• Ability to engage diverse populations with cultural competence
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with commitment to collaborative care
• Professional commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality
