This full-time position offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of molecular biology and clinical diagnostics, analyzing complex genetic material to support patient care and research.

About the Role

This full-time position focuses on the execution and oversight of molecular biological testing and analysis across a variety of specimen types. You will take ownership of the complete testing lifecycle—from specimen preparation through result interpretation and physician communication—ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every step.

What You'll Do

• Perform and coordinate next generation sequencing examinations and molecular analyses on diverse specimen types including human biological fluids, tissue samples, clinical isolates, and environmental materials
• Maintain detailed records of all testing procedures, quality control measures, and analytical results
• Interpret sequencing data and molecular test results according to established laboratory standards and clinical guidelines
• Generate accurate, timely result reports for submission to physicians, clinical facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare providers
• Adhere to regulatory compliance and laboratory safety protocols throughout all testing procedures
• Collaborate with laboratory team members and healthcare partners to ensure specimen and result integrity
• Participate in quality assurance activities and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes

What We're Looking For

• Strong foundation in molecular biology, genetics, or related life sciences discipline
• Hands-on experience with next generation sequencing technologies or related molecular techniques
• Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting genomic data and sequencing outputs
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accurate record-keeping and result reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative laboratory team
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems and data management tools
• Knowledge of CLIA, CAP, or similar laboratory regulatory standards is valued
