Greenbrook Medical
Join Greenbrook Medical as a Field Events Coordinator based in Pasco or Hernando County, where you'll build the community presence that drives our mission to transform healthcare for seniors. In this full-time role, you'll orchestrate every detail of outreach events across the region, ensuring each touchpoint strengthens broker relationships and connects new patients to our innovative primary care model.
About the Role
The Field Events Coordinator is the operational backbone of Greenbrook Medical's community strategy in the Pasco/Hernando region. Working closely with our Broker Relations team, you'll own the complete lifecycle of community events—from venue selection and logistics to on-site execution and post-event follow-up. Your work ensures that every gathering reflects our commitment to excellence and our partnership with Tampa General Hospital.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end event planning and execution across your region: venue booking, scheduling, materials coordination, setup, troubleshooting in real time, and professional teardown
- Build and maintain a dynamic regional events calendar, identifying tabletop opportunities at pharmacies, community centers, and senior-serving venues to maintain steady outreach activity
- Partner directly with venue hosts, FMO contacts, broker offices, and community partners to confirm event details and represent the Greenbrook brand professionally
- Inventory and maintain all event materials—collateral, signage, giveaways, and branded assets—in coordination with our marketing team
- Track every community touchpoint in HubSpot with attendance, leads generated, and follow-up status; provide regular reporting to your Director of Market Growth
- Work side-by-side with Broker Relations Liaisons to anticipate operational needs and scale our broker engagement efforts
- Identify patterns in what works, surface gaps, and contribute to continuously improving our outreach playbook
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in events coordination, field marketing, community outreach, hospitality, or similar operational roles
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple events at different planning stages without losing focus
- Resourceful problem-solver who stays calm when circumstances change and owns finding the solution
- Strong communicator—written and verbal—comfortable representing Greenbrook to broker offices, venue partners, and community members
- Detail-oriented mindset: you understand that the small touches make events feel professional and on-brand
- Willingness to be hands-on and in the field consistently—loading materials, setting up in varied conditions, and working evenings and occasional weekends
- Comfortable with CRM tools like HubSpot; we'll train you on our specific system
- Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range of $50,000 to $60,000 annually, plus a performance-based bonus tied to event execution and regional outcomes. Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, health, dental and vision coverage, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
