About the Role

This position requires close partnership with maintenance, finance, and administrative teams to align facilities priorities with operational needs and organizational safety requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Build and lead the Regional Facilities Operations Manager team and Safety Team, fostering capability development and operational accountability across all sites
  • Coach and manage regional leaders through consistent feedback and performance review, driving improvements in facilities service delivery
  • Create and maintain facilities standards, standard operating procedures, and governance frameworks ensuring consistency across the organization
  • Plan and prioritize facility assets, oversee capital repair decisions, and develop long-term facility strategy in partnership with finance and maintenance teams
  • Oversee safety and risk management programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA, CARF, NFPA, and applicable regulatory standards across all locations
  • Lead PATH's Safety Committee as Co-Chair, providing governance and cross-functional coordination on safety initiatives and emergency preparedness
  • Monitor and report on regulatory compliance, safety performance, and operational metrics to senior leadership
  • Partner with teams across the organization to validate maintenance execution, resource capacity, and operational feasibility

What We're Looking For

  • Five years of experience scaling and managing facilities operations across multiple sites in large organizations, including at least three years leading regional teams or facility managers
  • One year of facilities management background in a medical, hospital, or mental health care environment
  • Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail in tracking and interpreting operational data
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging diverse stakeholder groups
  • Proven leadership and critical thinking ability, demonstrating success in building high-performing teams and solving complex operational challenges
  • Valid driver's license and dependable vehicle; driving is required for this position
  • Ability and willingness to earn CPR and First Aid certification; willingness to pass background screening, tuberculosis test, and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Life Safety, Fire Safety, or Environmental Safety; General Contractor licensure; professional credentials such as Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP); bachelor's degree in Life Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field.
