Join Sanford Health's Canby Care Center as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time evening shifts in Canby, Minnesota. About the Role
This is a part-time evening nursing position offering 24 hours per week at Canby Care Center, located at 112 St Olaf Ave S, Canby, MN 56220. You'll work as part of our skilled nursing team, contributing to a patient-centered environment dedicated to quality care and clinical excellence.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care during evening shift hours, including assessments, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document clinical observations and patient progress accurately and timely in patient records
- Respond to patient and resident needs with compassion and professionalism
- Support facility operations and maintain compliance with nursing standards and regulations
- Communicate effectively with physicians, other clinical staff, and patients' families
What We're Looking For
- Current active RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensure in Minnesota
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care in a healthcare facility setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliability and commitment to evening shift availability
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative healthcare team
