Retail Event Marketing Manager

LeafHome is hiring a Retail Event Marketing Manager for our Boys Town, Douglas County location. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead multi-store marketing initiatives and build high-impact teams across our regional retail network.

About the Role

As Retail Event Marketing Manager, you'll oversee marketing operations across ten area stores, directing teams of retail marketers and lead generators. Your leadership will drive customer acquisition, expand brand presence, and build sustainable marketing systems across your district. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on team development and local market expertise.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop retail marketing teams across ten regional store locations
• Design and execute marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and foot traffic
• Manage lead generation programs and monitor performance across all assigned markets
• Recruit, hire, and train qualified marketing professionals within your territory
• Support store marketing campaigns, including weekend and seasonal initiatives
• Travel locally throughout your district to oversee operations, provide coaching, and ensure marketing excellence (approximately 50% travel)
• Track results and optimize strategies based on market performance data

What We're Looking For

• Multi-unit retail management experience with proven team leadership
• Demonstrated success recruiting and building local marketing talent
• Strong understanding of lead generation, sales funnels, and customer acquisition
• Familiarity with local marketing and community-based outreach strategies
• Willingness to travel locally and work weekends as business needs require
• Sales background or relevant experience (a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
