About the Role
As our Field Service Supervisor in Detroit, you'll take ownership of daily service line operations, managing crew coordination, equipment performance, and job documentation. Your leadership ensures that every project runs smoothly, safely, and according to standards, while maintaining the operational efficiency that keeps our clients satisfied and our business thriving.
What You'll Do
- Plan and coordinate daily crew activities for service operations across assigned service lines
- Lead, organize, and supervise field service technicians to meet project goals and timelines
- Monitor and maintain proper operation of field equipment and vehicles
- Identify opportunities to drive operational efficiency and reduce costs at the work site
- Ensure accurate, timely job documentation and compliance with company procedures
- Communicate with internal teams and clients to coordinate scheduling and resolve issues
- Support safety protocols and maintain a culture of accountability within your crew
What We're Looking For
- Proven supervisory or crew lead experience in field service, maintenance, or operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to plan workflows and coordinate multiple crew members effectively
- Solid knowledge of equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
- Detail-oriented approach to documentation and record-keeping
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in outdoor field environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
