As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at WALGREENS, you are the welcoming point of contact for every customer who walks through our doors. You'll work in a dynamic pharmacy environment where your attention to detail, genuine care for customers, and operational support directly contribute to safe, efficient pharmacy service. This role combines front-desk excellence with hands-on pharmacy operations under the pharmacist's supervision.

What You'll Do

• Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions, handle payments, and reconcile registers with accuracy
• Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, guiding them through checkout with courtesy and efficiency
• Assist the pharmacist with prescription processing, pharmacy system operations, and data entry under direct supervision
• Answer customer questions about medications, services, and products in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Support pharmacy workflow by organizing inventory, restocking shelves, and maintaining clean, organized work areas
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations and WALGREENS policies
• Prepare and organize materials for the pharmacy team and process transactions accurately

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail, customer service, or healthcare settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help customers
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Comfort learning pharmacy systems and supporting a licensed pharmacist's practice
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Basic math proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale technology
