About the Role
As Corporate Communications Lead, you'll drive strategic communications initiatives that elevate leadership visibility and support Humana's Medicare Advantage business objectives across the Insurance Segment. You'll work at the intersection of corporate communications and business strategy, translating complex insurance priorities into compelling narratives that resonate internally and externally.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies that promote executive leadership and organizational priorities
- Craft strategic messaging and storytelling that supports Medicare Advantage and related insurance business lines
- Manage executive communications and visibility initiatives across the Insurance Segment
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align messaging with business objectives
- Create content and communications materials that support internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, strategic communication of corporate priorities
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in corporate communications, healthcare communications, or similar fields
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business priorities into communication plans
- Excellent writing and storytelling capabilities with experience crafting executive narratives
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and executive-level communications
- Familiarity with the healthcare or insurance industry (Medicare Advantage experience is a plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage complex communications initiatives
- Demonstrated project management skills and attention to detail
