About the Role
As a Lead Sales Associate at Dollar General, you'll take on a customer-facing leadership position that blends direct customer service with team coordination. What You'll Do
- Deliver friendly, responsive service to every customer who walks through our doors
- Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash responsibly
- Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and ensure the store stays clean and organized

- Help receive and process shipments, checking merchandise for accuracy
- Keep merchandise priced correctly and displays current with promotions
- Respond to customer questions about products and help locate items
- Support store management with daily operations and contribute ideas for improvement
