About the Role
The Medical Surgical Unit at Reston Hospital Center provides compassionate inpatient care to patients recovering from surgery or managing acute medical conditions. What You'll Do
- Assess and monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment throughout your shift

- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient assessments and medical needs

- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, social workers, and other clinical staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care

- Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia
