Custodial Manager Sr

About the Role

As Senior Custodial Manager at Aramark, you'll lead the planning and coordination of comprehensive custodial and cleaning services. You'll manage financial accountability for both Aramark and client accounts, maintain rigorous compliance with established standards, and build strong working relationships across departments to deliver exceptional service continuity.

What You'll Do

• Direct and supervise custodial staff, ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards and safety protocols
• Plan and coordinate daily cleaning schedules, staffing levels, and resource allocation across assigned facilities
• Monitor budget performance and manage costs related to custodial supplies, labor, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure full compliance with Aramark policies, client requirements, and local and federal regulations
• Conduct training, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching to develop your team
• Collaborate with facility management and other departments to maintain unified operations
• Respond to service issues and implement corrective actions to meet or exceed performance standards
• Maintain equipment inventory and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in custodial, facility services, or related field
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemical safety, and facility maintenance standards
• Solid understanding of budget management and financial accountability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in facilities management or safety are a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
