About the Role

In this hands-on position, you'll blend creative floral design with genuine customer care. You'll work directly with shoppers while maintaining our high standards for freshness, quality, and presentation. Your work will help establish Kroger as the trusted destination for beautiful flowers and thoughtfully designed arrangements in our community.

What You'll Do

• Design and arrange fresh flowers for retail display and direct customer orders
• Create custom arrangements tailored to individual customer requests and occasions
• Merchandise floral products to highlight seasonal offerings and encourage sales
• Greet and assist customers with expertise and warmth
• Keep the floral department clean, organized, and properly stocked
• Handle flowers and plants with care to preserve freshness and appearance
• Ring sales and complete transactions accurately
• Demonstrate respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety every single day
