Senior Facilities Service Manager – Mechanical (M3)

Oracle is seeking a Senior Facilities Service Manager – Mechanical (M3) for our operations in Madison, Dane County. This full-time position leads critical mechanical infrastructure management and maintenance execution, ensuring reliability and optimal asset performance for a major enterprise facility.

About the Role

As Senior Facilities Service Manager – Mechanical (M3), you'll take ownership of mechanical systems operations, with primary focus on uptime protection, rapid problem resolution, and long-term asset reliability. This role emphasizes operational excellence and continuous improvement in facility performance, not equipment design. You'll drive the development and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance strategies that keep critical systems running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Build and lead an in-house maintenance program that delivers safe, reliable service delivery and measurable improvements in asset performance
• Establish and enforce maintenance processes, documentation standards, and operational discipline across the team
• Minimize downtime by reducing mean time to repair (MTTR) and implementing predictive maintenance best practices
• Oversee day-to-day execution of maintenance work, ensuring quality standards and safety compliance
• Develop team capabilities through training, mentoring, and career growth initiatives
• Manage maintenance scheduling, parts inventory, and resource allocation to support facility reliability
• Perform root cause analysis on failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
• Collaborate with Oracle stakeholders to prioritize work and align maintenance strategy with business goals

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of facilities management or mechanical systems maintenance experience
• Demonstrated success building or leading maintenance programs in complex facility environments
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, pumping systems, or similar industrial and commercial infrastructure
• Proven track record reducing downtime and improving system reliability through process improvement
• Leadership experience managing technical teams and fostering a safety-first culture
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance immediate operational demands with long-term asset stewardship
• Relevant certifications (EPA 608, HVAC, or equivalent) a plus
