About the Role
As Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships that advance Kodiak's mission in autonomous trucking and public sector solutions. You'll oversee partnership strategy, manage key relationships, and collaborate across functions to ensure successful partnership execution and mutual value creation.
What You'll Do
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships aligned with company priorities and market opportunities
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategies that drive growth in commercial trucking and public sector segments
- Manage and nurture ongoing relationships with key partners, ensuring mutual success and shared objectives
- Negotiate partnership agreements and terms that benefit both Kodiak and its partners
- Collaborate with product, operations, and sales teams to integrate partnerships and optimize outcomes
- Monitor partnership performance, track metrics, and provide insights to leadership
- Represent Kodiak at industry events and networking opportunities to build the partnership pipeline
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience developing and managing strategic partnerships or business development relationships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities
- Experience in transportation, logistics, autonomous systems, or related industries is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives to completion
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business development, partnerships, or related field
