About the Role

This full-time, Level III position offers competitive compensation of $26.63 to $40.00 per hour, plus a tool allowance and comprehensive healthcare package. You'll be essential to the operations team, performing a wide range of maintenance activities in a food production environment.

What You'll Do

• Install and relocate production equipment according to operational and safety specifications
• Repair equipment to keep production lines operating efficiently and on schedule
• Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and minimize unexpected downtime
• Work with the operations team to support facility maintenance and improvements
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work completed
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in all maintenance activities

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a maintenance technician in production or manufacturing environments
• Hands-on skills with equipment installation, repair, and preventive maintenance
• Knowledge of food production operations and safety requirements
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with operations and production teams
• Physical capability to work in a production facility environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
